New paper

Hi People:

This was a tough one to get out, but it is now in press. The latest paper in the "in silico" series is now available on the Ecological Modelling web page:

I won't post the details on what this paper has been through, but the keen observers will notice the "battle scars" it bears. In any case, I am excited the paper is out and am now focusing the next paper in the series, focusing on tetracycline resistance in E. coli...
